Job Description:
Assist the Dean in generating business for FIT's Center for Innovation Management. Visit companies and recruit business clientele for customized CIM training initiatives, workshops, etc. Develop and maintain a database of company contacts and leads. Create and maintain an active sales pipeline, set and achieve quarterly contract training revenue goals. Assist Dean in providing planning, prioritizing, organizing and implementing of corporate training contracts and other promotional and revenue generation efforts. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and three to five years of appropriate experience in corporate management training sales and programming. Experience with training and education needs of corporate environments in terms of organizational performance and skills development of managers. Proficiency in speaking to corporate officers and senior executive managers about organizational performance goals, and specifically in selling corporate training programs. Understanding of managing innovation, continuous improvement, or operations improvement in a business environment, and driving corporate strategy and company performance. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and sales skills.

Hourly rate: $31.29
