Job Description:

Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Assistant Vice President for Administration is a re-defined position that provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight on critical administrative issues and initiatives that cut across multiple offices within finance and administration, while significantly impacting other areas of the College. The Assistant Vice President will play an active role in campus master planning, space management, sustainability planning, emergency management planning, and management productivity initiatives. In addition, the Assistant Vice President will directly supervise the Office of Contract Management and the Office of Operational Services, including the mail center, the print shop, receiving, asset management, and fleet management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in such areas as: Business Administration, Public Administration, or Higher Education Management. Degrees in other disciplines will be considered with the requisite senior-level experience. The candidate must have 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience with at least 4 years in management; excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and management skills; with a demonstrated capacity to lead complex projects.
